Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a lovely terrace where I could unwind. The service was top-notch with polite and well-trained staff who even greeted me at check-in with champagne. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of Manchester with easy access to the city center. Unfortunately, I was unable to try the restaurant during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.
